Convenient drink services for group stays

At J-Club De Panne, schools, youth organisations, sports clubs and residential groups can make use of dedicated bar and refreshment facilities throughout their stay.

To provide maximum flexibility and convenience, groups can reserve a private bar area or refrigerator, allowing participants, teachers and supervisors to enjoy refreshments in a comfortable and organised setting.

All drink services are managed in consultation with the group leader to ensure a smooth and transparent experience.

Whether enjoying a coffee after a meeting, sharing refreshments with colleagues or relaxing after a day of activities, our bar and drinks facilities provide a comfortable space where groups can come together during their stay.

Important notice
For operational and safety reasons, drinks brought from outside the accommodation are not permitted.

Private group bars

Refreshments available throughout your stay

Groups can reserve a private bar area stocked according to their requirements.

Each bar includes:

  • Soft drinks
  • Belgian beers
  • Coffee and tea
  • Kettle
  • Glassware
  • Refrigerator

The stock is agreed in advance with the group organiser. At the end of the stay, any unused drinks are returned and only consumed items are charged.

A detailed drinks price list is available upon request before arrival.

Fixed bars for larger groups

Dedicated social spaces

Larger groups may reserve one of our permanent bar facilities located within the accommodation.

Available locations:

  • Ground floor bar
  • Third-floor bar

These bars provide an ideal meeting place for teachers, supervisors and group leaders after a day of activities.

Groups using these facilities are required to purchase beverages through J-Club De Panne.

Advance reservation is required and should be arranged when booking your stay.

Refrigerators for smaller groups

Flexible refreshment solution

Smaller groups can reserve a refrigerator to keep drinks cool during their stay.

When a group purchases beverages through J-Club De Panne with a minimum order value of €20, the refrigerator is provided free of charge.

For groups that do not purchase drinks through the accommodation, a fixed rental fee may apply.

Available throughout the day

A drinks and snack vending machine is located in the entrance hall and is accessible to all guests.

The vending machines offer a selection of:
